Description

CWI Medical is looking for an E-Commerce Product Lister to manage the product lifecycle and performance for the products that appear on its digital properties, data feeds for merchant and affiliate sites.  This individual will be responsible for ensuring the optimal website presentation of products, including product activation, descriptions, attribution, categorization, appearance, associated keywords, website merchandising, and performance analysis.  This role is crucial to the success of the website, and closing phone sales.

The right candidate will be hands-down precise, detail-oriented, and loves using Excel. To this candidate we offer extensive benefits, a comprehensive wage with added commission incentives.

This individual will develop rapport with the marketing, sales, and customer service departments, and vendor partners to gain insights to trends and needs of our target audiences.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Become a  merchandise and product expert, and use that expertise to optimize the product presentation and overall experience that customers have when shopping cwimedical.com and other online properties
• Oversee the activation of products to the website, and proper attribution of those products
• Continually optimize site navigation, search and browse results, suggestive selling, upsells / cross-sells, and other site selling tools
• Work closely with buyers and planners on assortment and inventory for the website.
• Optimize the product presentation and make recommendations to ensure the ideal customer experience for daily promotions and marketing campaigns
• Work with Marketing Team to optimize product data feeds
• Perform competitive research with regards to pricing and promotions
• Create unique content for copy for products
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to select and optimize products for email campaigns
• Become an expert in Google Analytics, browse-to-buy ratios, sell-thru ratios and conversation ratios
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years of E-Commerce experience, specifically in the area of website merchandising
• Proficient in Web Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Coremetrics or Omniture
• Comfortable working with front-end management tools and content management systems
• Proficient in productivity tools, such as Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in writing digital product copy a plus
